Boyd <br />After a year long struggle with his cancer, Boyd peacefully passed away at the Grand River Hospital (Freeport) on Friday November15, 2013 in his 64th year. Loving and devoted husband to Judy (nee van der Draaij) . Forever remembered by his children Adam and his wife Heather, Trevor and his wife Maggie, Amanda and her fiance Jason, Ryan van der Draaij and his wife Heidi, Brigitte Haase and her husband Brian. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Aaron, Becca, Brady, Robbie, Keira, Kayden, Peyton, and Kyler. Survived by his mother Winifred and his brothers and sisters. Predeceased by his wife Dianne (1985), father Frank (1986) and his brother Darrell (1961). <br />Boyd was a proud member with the UA Local 527 plumbers and pipefitters for over 40 years and served as the vice president for the past seven years. <br />Family and friends will be received at the St. George's of Forest Hill Anglican Church 321 Fischer - Hallman Rd. Kitchener on Saturday November 23, 2013 at 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow the interment at the Memory Gardens Reception Centre 2723 Victoria St. N. Breslau (Kitchener). <br />Funeral arrangements entrusted to the the Memory Reception Centre 519 904 0400. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family. If so desired a book of online condolences may be signed at www.memorycemetery.ca . <br /></div>
