<div itemprop="description">Man, Shu Hing<br />Known to friends and family as Man, passed away suddenly in Scarborough, Ontario on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at age 69. Co-Founder and President of Canton Poultry Meats Inc., he has devoted much of his life to the promotion of Chinese Culture in Waterloo Region as a member of the Central Ontario Cultural Centre, he is currently the president of the Centre and has been an anchor supporter for over 36 years. He was also a long time supporter of the K-W Chinese School, as well as the K-W Multicultural Festival. He is the proud recipient of Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal as well as an Honorary Senior Fellow from Renison University College. He was a major contributor and generous volunteer to many non-profit organizations in the Kitchener-Waterloo community such as St. Mary&rsquo;s General and Grand River Hospitals.<br /><br />Beloved son of Wah Sang Man and the late Lin Cheung Man. Loving husband of Cindy Man. Proud father of Kelvin Man and Alan Man. Dear brother of Ling Yi Man (Betty), Gavin Man (Nicki), Tak Yee Man (Teresa), Shu Fan Lam, Sheng Yuen Man.<br />Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home (519-904-0400) 2723 Victoria St. N., Breslau, Ontario on Friday, July 25, 2014.<br /><br />Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, July 26th at 10:00 am. Reception will follow at the Reception Centre lounge with Interment to take place in Glen Oaks Cemetery, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, Ontario.<br />As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation or the Central Ontario Chinese Cultural Centre.<br /></div>
