Affectionately known as "Scotty" born in Arbroath, Scotland May 11 1936, Sadly passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on August 31, 2015 . Loving and Devoted husband to Carol Lumgair (nee Wells). Father of Christine Sheer (David), and Ken (Daphne) and his daughter in law Tina Lumgair (Morgan Reay) Forever remembered by his grandchildren Kara, Ryan, and Jacob. Survived by his brother Graham (Myra) Lumgair of Arbroath Scotland. Predeceased by his son David and his brother Raymond. Jack will be remembered for his love of singing and his passion for swimming. A skilled stone mason, retired Kitchener Fire Fighter and a member of the Fred Gies Canadian Legion Branch 50 in Kitchener. Family and friends will be received at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home 2723 Victoria St. N. Breslau 519 904 0400 on Sunday September 6 2015 from 1 - 4 p.m. A Celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Riverbend Park Hall 4838 Pioneer Trail Guelph at 5 p.m. - 7 p.m on Sunday September 6, 2015. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. If so desired a book of online condolences may be signed at www.memorycemetery.ca .
