Unexpectedly passed away peacefully at the Grand River Hospital on Tuesday February 23, 2016. Beloved and devoted husband to Suzanne. Loving father to Thomas (Pauline) Maxwell, Jack (Nancy) Maxwell, Craig (Crystal) Maxwell, Charmaine (Joey) Spachman, Andrew (Machiko) Watson of Toyko, Japan, and Adrian Watson. Sadly missed by his daughter in law Mary Maxwell. Survived by his sister Mildred Eldred of Owen Sound, and his brother Ron (Barbara) Maxwell of Winnipeg Manitoba. Predeceased by his first wife Christine Maxwell and his son Steven Maxwell.
Lovingly remembered by his 19 Grandchildren and his numerous great grandchildren. Chub will be remembered as a loyal member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Family and friends will be received on Friday February 26, 2016 from 11 - 1 p.m. at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home 2723 Victoria St. N. Breslau ( Kitchener) 519 904 0400 . A celebration of "Chub's " Life will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday February 26., 2016 at 1 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Grand River Mental health Centre at the Grand River Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
